We know that high ticket prices often exclude families and others that would like to attend the rodeo. Our goal is to make sure all those who would like to attend have some kind of ticket option. You have asked about fees that make ticket prices higher, and we want to let you know all the ticket purchase information that we can. You can see where each ticket is located based on price by viewing the seating chart. (Seating assignments are made by the Maverick Center upon ticket purchase.) For the $5.00 ticket there should be no Facility Use Fee. For all other Tickets there is a $3.00 Facility Use Fee per ticket. The explanation for that fee, as was explained to us, is it helps the Facility keep their maintenance and operation costs down so they do not need to use tax revenue. We are looking into the possibility of offering a season ticket package to eliminate these fees, available through the Days of ’47 Rodeo, and hope to offer that in the future.
